Watch Pixie’s glow up in just a few weeks. 💕 🧚‍♀️ When I saw her little face online, I just knew I had to reach out. There was something greater within me, perhaps God’s voice, telling me to not leave her behind. I met her and saw that little disheveled face with a bright spirit just waiting to be unveiled with love and care. Since getting her, it has been a full community effort from trusted friends to give her the love that she needs while I am filming on a project. I remember frantically reaching out and calling a few people to see if this was too crazy to do or if we should jump in. Thanks to my amazing friend Meg Turnquist Hamilton, All Kinds Vet (Autumn Terry ), Andrea Andrea Howard , Christina Pugnacious Petunia & Peony the Pugnificient, and my husband for welcoming her in with open arms and big hearts. She is blossoming and getting so much love as we traverse being foster homes for this little girl. I’m so excited to see her future ahead and this is just proof of the incredible things that can happen when our hearts and faith lead us first. HUGE thank you to Megan Purtell Photography and Andrea for making the shoot happen! 📸 #fosterdog #puppy #puppiesofig #fosterpuppy ... See MoreSee Less

PLEASE read and watch if you’re a dog owner ‼️ 💦 ⚠️ Harmful algae blooms can produce toxins that are dangerous—even deadly—for dogs. The water doesn’t always look bright green, and dogs can be exposed by swimming, drinking the water, or even licking their fur afterward. Before every swim:💧 Check for algae advisories in your area.💧 Avoid water that looks green, blue-green, has surface scum, or smells foul.💧 When in doubt, skip it—there’s always another adventure waiting. It’s not worth the risk!!A few minutes of checking can make all the difference. (I have the place crossed out for privacy but if you want to know feel free to DM.) ... See MoreSee Less

Sometimes I can’t believe we call this “work.”We are filming more scenes for the documentary and one important aspect I want to show is how spoiled and loved my dogs are both on and off set. We have come a long way in the world of animals being involved in entertainment. While, yes, my dogs are crated for performances and set work - it’s for their well being and safety. Honestly, they appreciate the downtime and rest. Outside of that? They’re loving and living life just as a dog would… maybe even more. ... See MoreSee Less
