New dog toy - new fun - real review:This is NOT an ad. We have finally been able to try @gitittoys fetch toys - a new way to offer long distance fetch for your dog. The cool thing is that essentially offers a roller type of action for the dog to pursue. So it can go further once it hits the ground for a true grounded CHASE without the air. I like that it continues pursuit instead of just stopping into the ground.Might not be the best for Darby who likes to throw himself into the ground, but wonderful for other dogs that you want to limit constant high impact activities. There is a trick to really getting the throw right so I recommend practicing a few times so you don’t frustrate your dogs. Sometimes it would curve and go in a tight circle which is not what I want for chasing and joint health. 😅Overall, I think it’s a fun change up to offer on fetch days where we typically stick to Chuck-it and disc. I already found my form improved in one throw session and I was able to use it as a reward after training weave poles at a large field. #dog #dogtoy #doglover #dogsofinsta #dogsofinstagram ...
